Off-Season Workouts

Off season workouts have begun!
 The Schedule is as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (3:00-4:00pm)
Meet in the field house weightroom ready to begin at 3pm.

There will be no holiday weightroom hours.  However, there will be passes to the Rush gym available for all players.

We have already shown some major gains and we are looking forward to a productive off season.
